We have been shipping from China for the last 25 years. Thank you, Alibaba, for your help with this disaster!!! We have never seen such a misleading, irresponsible, price-gouging, product-losing, no-tracking-providing, and poorly communicating shipping company. Alibaba refunded us the cost of the product lost by this shipping company. !! IF YOU WANT THE SAME EXPERIENCE, THIS IS THE SHIPPER FOR YOU !! For us: NEVER AGAIN with this shipping company...ever... The shipment shows it was delivered to the USA's Amazon fulfillment center...what a disaster... what a lie... The shipper changed tracking numbers and boat names twice... absolutely unreliable company One more thing, the shipment will NOT arrive on time.
